Lili Averette

After being part of a larger church, I wanted to find a place that was more personable instead of just feeling like a number. When I came with my family we were greeted with warmth and truly felt like we were home. I have a love of people and seeing them filled with joy. So doing events whether birthday parties,  anniversary parties or even a simple barbecue was always a way to bring that joy to others. I certainly was not looking to get into this ministry, but it found me. I can only believe that it was the Holy Spirit that directed me to finding a place in ministry. What I love about my ministry is that it allows me to serve God’s people behind the scenes. Having an event where I can watch the laughter, joy, fellowship and serving God’s people together is a beautiful thing. I also love that every event is something different in one way or another. Outside of church I love antique shopping with my daughter and  spending time with friends and family.  I love to go hiking or really any outdoor exercise. I enjoy traveling and being out in nature, being in the mountains is my favorite. I also enjoy cooking.
