Before day one I was part of the start up team of Heritage. Ministry came very naturally actually. My husband and I started in Junior High ministry when we were first married. It led to High School, next Young Adults for a season and then years later a Young Married's group. Our Young Married's group dissolved one-by-one as they had babies. I ADORE these young families! I want them to be successful in their number one ministry which is each other. I want to share with them our wins and truthful losses to hopefully prevent them from a harder marriage than it needs to be. Marriage is very diffcult. It's suppose to be so that we can become more like Christ. However, we can also make it harder than it was intended to be and this is what we want to help curb. The Bible has every answer for each situation we encounter IF we allow the Holy Spirit to speak to us individually. Outside of church I love dogs, photography, woodworking, did I mention dogs, building up others, coffee, travel, and I'd like to have time for more dogs!
