My wife’s parents were invited to Heritage by a friend and I joined them for Christmas in 2005. I liked the Christ centered bible-based teaching and the love Pastor Tom and the congregation showed us. We have been attending since. I received a prophetic word from a minister of God, affirmed by Pastor Tom. The Lord gave me Jeremiah 1:4-10, and more specifically Jeremiah 1:7, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you.” I love the transforming power of His Word and the fact that the Lord always shows up for the sake of His people. I love the opportunity to be involved in the lives of people, to love them and impact them through the Word and prayer. I love my wife Hannah, my three boys, Micah, Naveen and Rauel. I enjoy playing and watching the game of cricket. I love the mountains, the rain, travelling, weekend kids’ games and eating spicy food.
