The youth had a wonderful Friendsgiving and service night! The youth all brought yummy food to share including special family recipes. We had a short devotion on thankfulness and fearing the Lord. We also were able to reflect on God’s goodness and what we are all thankful for. We ended the evening assembling packages for inmates. This is one of our favorite service projects as it slows us to show Christ’s love to people that need it most. The packages include a letter of from Pastor Tom and Christmas cards with stamps for the inmates to reach out to loved ones. We pray these packages bring joy and hope to all that receive them.
